Appearance #8 on “Cafe Improv”, Princeton’s Legendary Local Cable TV Variety Program
Cafe Improv is a long-running monthly variety program recorded with a live audience at the Arts Center of Princeton (102 Witherspoon St., Princeton NJ) and broadcast on local access cable. I have had the pleasure and privilege of performing here on 7 previous occasions and am delighted to be going back for the eighth time, making my annual appearances at Cafe Improv a “steady gig”, so to speak….My set will be somewhere between 7-10pm; a more specific time frame will be posted a few weeks before the show. As a bonus, this year’s Cafe Improv set is happening on my birthday!!
Each Cafe Improv show is 6-7 other performers (from musicians to actors to comics to poets), each doing a 20-minute set with a live…and lively…studio audience. The sound and lighting are always professional-quality, thanks to a core group of awesome volunteers. Please check the website below for info on how to be part of the audience. Cafe Improv is always a good time, admission is ridiculously cheap, and there’s all kinds of great places for a pre-show meal (or post-show cocktail) within walking distance of the Art Center.
